UPDATE: The company reach out upon reading my review and made this right. I was offered a refund, however I oped for a replacement. A new watch is on its way. Awesome customer service!The watch has been worn only 4 times and several jewels have fallen off (3, 4 and 5 o'clock). Attempting to reach out to company for repair or replacement.
