For some unknown reason, tool comes unfinished.Shank was loose on handle. Very easy to press or lightly hammer in place (properly supported). Sharpening of the prying edge is also needed. A little careful touch up with sharpening stone will fix that.Tool works well when prying against a vertical face (as a pivot) on watch case holder. Opening force of prying edge is exerted horizontally. Very easy to control with little effort required. Large handle really helps.
